Went for a dive this morning. Saw another (or same) seal. Boy they are so graceful and fast in the water. I'm going to have to learn to take snaps so I can post 'em and youse all can go "Ooooh , Aaaahhh look at that ... innit bewdifool"

Have droped a further 1/2 kilogram this week YAY!!!! Am off with friends this evening to Thai. I'm a coconut fiend so will eat it all back on probly.

Tomorrow leaving early to go to Sinny to see Chinese stone warriors at the art gallery. Then lunch with friends up there. Bugger, there goes all the hard work at the gym.....
