    Today is 1/1/11 after 10 days will be 11/1/11 ...after 10 months 1/11/11 ..after 10 months and 10 days 11/11/11.

    Wonderful year..starting wonderful job !!!! The power of one so stay one day sober and today only ! not tomorrow ...

    2012: Continuous AF for 7 months from May to Oct.

    Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

    2013 : So many ups and down !!

    2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

                      Dear All,
                      Of course I am feeling better though I have some mood swings .Sometimes high and sometime low but not suicidal at all .
                      I don't feel craving while at home and feel a little bit when I get outside ..Now enjoying with kids ...choosing a car to buy on their interest. !!!:thumbs:

                      Anyway I am going to complete my 7th day for sure.
