goo morning everyone ... well sue is doing fine right now and she just been resting and what they did is cut back on some meds she was taking and so far so good no seazures ... but the docs still want to run some test and this and thats.. ... welll im doing good and yes always taking care of me .. now it time to have some fun and finish up on the fire place // grill ... its me day my personal project.. no work so hope the phone start to ring ... well enjoy and LETS KEEP THOSE ASSES IN GEAR AND SHIFTING FORWARD AND THINKING POSITIVE ..

I am back - and had my cup of tea!! Vicki - my brother has gout too and when his flares up, he swears by Apple cider vinegar! And cherries too! The two of them knock it out in a matter of a couple of days. Good Morning Rog - glad Sue is feeling better. I am beginning to feel like a pin cushion myself these days but I shouldn't complain. I feel good!

Where is bird this morning? Strange to not see you here.....

Got ready to go out on my walk and it started raining. Dont feel that great some things I eat these days give me a stomach ache think im gonna have to cut meat out altogether well no great loss there...Ol guitar friend has more cancer now they found so i gonna go play with them thurs night and then jazz band fri then the kids have academic bowl tournament sat and practice all week after school so...sun well hope all your bloodwork ok...newme your gonna have alot of dreams now that happens when you go af...swan good to hear from you....pan thats a beautiful baby...t glad sue is doing better and damn i gotta go cover up the oven its raininf

Good morning, everyone, grumpy here! I woke up to the sound of my name being called at 7 this morning. Paul slept in his recliner and wanted his coffee! Half asleep, I made a pot of coffee that ended up all over my kitchen floor, don't know what happened! Cold, rainy day, really could have slept in. Ruby, I probably will murder him before the day is over. You understand that, don't you? Will you be a witness at my trial and explain why I just "snapped"? Lord, give me patience today. Thanks, Fennel, I will buy both apple cider vinegar and cherry juice today! Both are at the health food store? Roger, I can't wait to see your finished work of the fireplace/grill! Sunshine, I read Alan Carr's "The easy way to quit drinking". Does his other book offer different ideas? Fennel, I actually have a chantix prescription, but when I tried to take it once before, it made me so sick that I threw up constantly. Swannie, I didn't know you were trying to quit the smokes, too. How are you doing? Bird, I 've been waking up with a stomach ache, too. I think it has something to do with all I'm eating at night, instead of smoking. I'm sure I've gained 10 pounds in the last 4 days! Biz, did your daughter get the book from the driver's office to study by? My daughter failed the first time, then she got the book, studied it and passed. Newme, great job on day 4! I'm right there with you! Ok, enough complaining. I will not let my morning determine how my day is going to go, so attitude adjustment needed. I hope you all have a wonderful day! Love you, Vicki

Morning Jammers! Nice to "see" everyone popping in. I know what you mean about worrying about our children. My daughter has been having electrical problems in her barn. The horses have been getting shocked while drinking their water and have become reluctant to drink now. They can't seem to find where this rogue surge is coming from and her b/f is an electrician. Their electric fence is vibrating! They've been shocked in the process of investigating. Apparently it will cost a grand for the utilities company to attend so they are tying to exhaust all possibilities before that. In the meantime, MOM is a TAD worried. Sending a prayer out for all our children near and far. xox

I'm up (have been for some time), cleaning rooms and places in this big ole' house I haven't touched in years. Seems to me we have 2 houses, and I avoided the second floor for so long, except to shower, dress, and sleep. Now hoping to get the place in shape to put on the market, so things must be done.

Biz, my sister kept failing her driving exam. We knew when Daddy pulled in the drive and she was in the passenger seat, it was gonna be a BAD day!
Still dragging a bit, but so much better. Time to suck it up and move forward, quit being a wimp. Too much to do to be a pansy. I have tremendous plans for this year, and so many things to get in the works. Grateful, we miss you honey. Hope you're hanging in there, renewing your spirit.

So, everytime that I think about attending AA, I get panicky. My Psychatrist and Therapist are both really pushing it. I do NOT want to go.:upset::upset: I was just trying to check out some meetings in my area and immediately started getting all upset.

Aw Nora..sorry you are feeling so torn and upset. No one can force you and forcing you may not really accomplish anything anyways as many will attest. You have to be ready. Then again you might go and just find the extra support you need. Maybe list the pros and cons for yourself?:l:l
