Very tired out as I post this...worked by two jobs....and my mind was on my brother and his wife having there first child today...which there was complications from last night until they finally c-sectioned at 2:30 pm Central US time...Oh wow..I soo relieved both my sister in law and the little new nephew was doing great. I was soo damn nervous this morning. but all is well..time for a nice long sleep I only work one job on Wednesday and don't have to be there until Noon...Sorry I have posted and kept in touch. But at times there is a little bigger things in life than here. Love you guys! So happy and yet wore out right now!

Hello everyone....thanks for all the support. I'm better now. Just need to watch out for my triggers.

Roger - We have a little fire pit thing. I love siting out by the fire. I love your fireplace you built.

Newme - the posting can be quite daunting at first. Can be really hard to follow at times. It does begin to make sense eventually. :H

Thor - my goodness you must be exhausted!! Congratulations on your new little nephew. I'm glad that everything is ok. Now take it easy tomorrow with your one job. :h

Pretty chilly this a.m. and Pouncer gets excited and runs around outside like crazy going up trees and such...kids having a fit to go to summer band camp they brought home a pamphlet and very expensive. Some discounts available for ability and early bird so won't be as bad. Tax refund will be in before deadline anyway so....nora glad you are feeling better now...thor congrats on the nephew!!....going to get started on my day..will check back later...b

I was meant to post on here yesterday ! but today is a good day then NO day !
Am a year + 1 day sober today and wanted to share same gratitude with you all , Thanks so much for your Support, L:hve, Friendship and lots more.x
This was the thread where i started of my AF days on my path to my journey sharing with you my Up and Down days.
I wish i could post on here all the time, But it would be hard for me to keep up with all the post and to get to the library or internet everyday. Am finding it hard to keep up with the AA thread... but not a day goes pass, am always thinking of you my buddy's.x

Good morning to all - slept in again - Ben is getting my pear shaped schedule down !!! Newme - we all just sort of post - it does get confusing but it is like any family - sometimes everyone talks at once LOL Thor - congratulations on your new nephew and so pleased everything worked out okay!! Must have been scary there for a while.

Morning Bird - wow - summer camp already? But I suppose they have to start sorting it all. It is great that your kids are all so interested and that you encourage it - you are such a GOOD mum!!

Catch - lovely to see you here and so well done on your AF time - that is awesome! You must be so proud of yourself!

Everyone else soon to be here - hope you are all keeping warm - we have snow flurries right now but I doubt it will amount to anything. I am doing closing shift tonight so will be late to bed - then open tomorrow morning - another of those "clopens". Have to get to bed as soon as I get home!

Does my husband think that the money just grows on trees? I am working my ass off trying to take care of everything. He hasn't worked in about 13 years. So, my husband looked at the bill we got yesterday from Dell and noticed that I had paid it off. So, he just sends me a message that he's going to look around and see if there's anything that he wants. He doesn't NEED a new computer. He just WANTS one. I didn't even answer him. So, this will be a 'talk' later when I tell him once again that money doesn't grow on trees.
You know what? This is why I'm 52 years old and still have never been able to buy a home. He doesn't have a clue how to save money.
