Thanks to all you jamers I am doing better zanex is a wonderfull drug all I have to do now is go through the motions of getting all my things out of the Maryland property, that will be hard but I will survive. Just got the take it one day at a time and know in my heart i did the right thing for my family

Hey! Get every last thing out. Leaving something you thing is unimportant, whatever, even though you have to move it can make you leave some little thing someone in an antique shop will pay for. Just something to think about!!!!

Nora, I DO recommend the pneumonia shot, as well. OK, I guess just for me, but I can't tell you how sick I was each year before I did. They last a long time.
Just saw N. Minnesota had a record low of -46F this morning. How do you LIVE there? I have problems with +46!! :H We Southerners of generations have such thin blood, that boat don't sail with us. Trying to get my feet warm still, since this morning.

I?m sorry that I wasn?t around earlier. I was relieved to see Swannie post. I was very worried. I still am. I?m sorry that you self-harmed. Please take care of yourself. I?m glad to see you on here though.
I had an appointment with the Psychiatrist to discuss my meds. It?s a very short appointment actually talking to him but it takes up a couple of hours just to get there, wait, finally talk to him and then drive back to work. This morning I had another of those absolutely exhausted, unable to wake up and get out of bed days. I had planned on going to work before my appointment and I could not wake up enough to get out of bed. I felt completely drugged. It?s an awful feeling. It?s like my body just decides that is it, you are going to sleep. Period. Such a deep sleep. Scott finally woke me up at 9:30 and I had to leave at 10:00. Talk about rushing around. I tried to talk to the Doctor today about it but he just listened and didn?t say much. Certainly had no suggestions. It?s frustrating because I?m trying so hard to work on things to feel better. I?m even going to buy some of that green powder that RC recommends. Oh well ? no biggie.
I?m happy to say that I?m getting my hair colored & cut today. My white roots are at least an inch long. I would say that it?s time.
Ok ? back to work until my hair appointment.

ok home and was a great day .. got some rain but still great was working in my shop on this handycap ramp and yes i built it here at the house and took it there to the job and yes some things i have to move bye myself like this 12' handycap ramp and yes put iton the trailer by myself and i always work smart ... so im feeling good today and didnt hurt myself thank god that damn thing is heavy.. well looks like you ladies kept yourselfs busy and everyone doing good and
oh vicky is outa town for the weekend ruby her parents birthday ...

Everyone is having weird dreams - mine aren't very nice though - all about stopped up loos! I have no idea what THAT means!!!!
ruby - I have no idea what you mean by my mouthy Brit accent - anyone who knows me would be gobsmacked to hear you say that about me! LOL I am such a quiet demure little soul. Only old folk think I am mouthy.
Grateful - I hope that you feel loads better today! Glad that you only got a few inches of snow - I didn't like the snow that we had! Temps here were 4 degrees this morning - it was just SO very cold. And we are supposed to get more snow Sunday. Hopefully not a lot though.
My daughter has just left - came and had dinner with me which was nice. hubs has just told me he is off for the week - starting tomorrow. OH MY GOSH. WHAT on earth am I going to do with him home for all that time - it will drive me insane!!!!! He usually stays Sat night at his mums which means Sunday morning (my day off) is the ONLY day of the week I am alone here and I can move around and do whatever without worrying about waking him - he is even going to be here SUNDAY !!!! Heavens! Anyone fancy a guest for a week??? I am so used to him not being here - this will be quite an experience for me. And for him too I am sure. ROTFL
Back later probably - he has gone for a nap!
