      jeez oh pete....I am slaving away all day and we are talking about sucking toes and knitting??
      I am off tomorrow and plan on sleeping late and then cleaning house. AND....I am AF tonite!!!
      Took L-glute powder to work and drank some around 5. Not HUGE cravings, but little ones that are easy to manage.
      SO GOOD TO SEE YOU SWEET SWANNIE. I am glad you are feeling better. I watched "Billy Elliot" on Netflix and it made me think of you and Sunni with the British accents. Adorable movie, BTW.
      Rog, please rest and let your hip heal. Dont re-injure it.
      Rubes...can you ship me some bean soup please? I LURVE soup!! I am sipping on some chiken and dumpling Progresso soup as we speak. And Tinks looks adorable in the poncho. Which baby did you make it for? I cant keep track.......
      Good to see you chipper Nora. And Saving.....we are here for you. Sounds like some tough battle ahead, but you are here with us and I truly believe that is half the battle.
      Vicks....I listem to Joyce Meyer in my car every day and I SWEAR she is talking to me. I quote her all the time now.......everyone just rolls their eyes.
      Greatful and Sunni and Thor and everyone else, PLEASE BE CAREFUL DRIVING IN THE SNOW.
      OK....off to watch a movie and then rest...did not bring work home tonight.

            well think i got plenty of rest had a long nap im the mid of the day and well ill just take it slow tomorrow and not push myself .. and lost my helper ..so im on my own...send prayers my way please..

              ROTFL that you are all STILL on about TOE NAILS !!!! I am in from work - snow coming down thick and fast but I got home safely. Have fed the dogs, they have been out - Ben LOVES the snow but Maggie just can't play in it with him the way he would like her to. And it scares him if I try to - poor dog!! Anyway I need to get to bed - up extra early tomorrow so I can leave early to get back to work - already told a a couple of folk not to come in so we can save hours and I think we will be pretty quiet! Back in a few hours! Love and hugs to all!

              Oh Ruby - I agree with the Hubs' cloven Hooves - I wouldn't go near My hubs cloven hooves either with a barge pole!!!!! Lovely description!!

                  SWannie - you are going back to work? Are you sure? Are you well enough? Gosh that is a surprise. I will try and talk to you this weekend anyway - right now I must take care of the dogs - there is so much snow out there! And that was what the weatherman cheerfully called "wave one" with "wave two" to follow dumping another 4-8". Hopefully he will be wrong. Anyway I woke up seconds before my alarm which was good - must have been just in the right sleep cycle bit! Off outside to shovel a path to my car and clear my car.

                        Hi Sunshine, ans Swan, (you early risers), and everyone else, I hope that you have a great day. Even though I was up late with hockey, and up early for work, I am a little tired, but it no"groggyness" from drinking 10 beer like the old days. This is the life.

                            good morning one and all ... well im feel alot better this morning .. but i know i cant push myself too hard ... this is an old wornso deep knee bends laying down in bed one knee at a time and shocking treatment seems to kick it back .. and lets not forget palmsander they work wonders for a massager...

                                Well everyones on beforeme, I sent my kid to school she says she feels lousy but gets up and heads for drums and no fever so thats not sick in my book...Gawd I have to make those phone calls today and think I got myself into something I don't want with that library now, well messing around on the piano and have to ride bike and make rice...later
