    Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying "I will try again tomorrow".
    A quote from Mary Ann Radmacher.
    It strikes me that today is a good day to remember that hope is alive and well. Try again this year. Take new approaches to old problems. Stay the course. It can be done. I will be 1 year AF in mid January. I had tried for almost 2 decades and 2010 was my year to succeed with the help of baclofen.

    A learned habit surely be unlearned !!

    2012: Continuous AF for 7 months from May to Oct.

    Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

    2013 : So many ups and down !!

    2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

            Sunny - we try and we try and we think we fail but we never fail, each time we learn a lesson that takes us nearer where we're headed. I'm so glad you finally got there in 2010 as did I. I'm hoping in 2011 the road will be a little less rocky......

                  Sunny, I commend you for your encouraging others with that beautiful quote. Congratulations on your almost one year AF. I'm taking Baclofen, too, and it has been the miracle I was hoping for.
