Eating junk food, sweets, caffiene will keep your cravings alive. They say that eating sugary sweets is the road to relapse. Try to do a detox, if you can and get rid of the toxins. Water with lemon is great, grapefruit....any fruit or veggie and protein. If you must have a sweets and occasional piece of dark chocolate is probably the best (has antioxidants). As with anything...moderation is the key. I know don't laugh.....but a little will power will be involved. Exercise is the best form of defense. Many ex-alkies have found that exercise is the best substitution for drinking. It also releases endorphins for a natural lift!
