the story behind it was I went in to a shop to buy my retired dishie a bean bag for christmas, they had none left,as I was leaving the store I saw this red frilly top which I bought instead. My friend asked if I got "rambo" his new bean bag, I replied no but if my top works I'll get him a new daddy

Good morning, Sounds like everyone is in good form today! Tomorrow its back to work for me-kind of glad in a way. I am going to need a routine if I'm jumping onto the healthy thread. Where and when does it start
? I'm getting my plan together, making positive lists and have been reading up on the tool box plus other "quit smoking" sites on other sites on the web. Hope everybody has a great Sunday!
