Not being able to fall asleep at night because I'm sobering up (ran out of AL).

Falling asleep and waking up too soon because I didn't drink enough.

I have been away from the site for several months. Did 23 days AF back in July and then thought I could have one glass of wine, which turned into 5 months of daily consumption. Just completed 6 days AF and was tempted to break my cycle so went to the website. Read your post and am now encouraged to keep on keeping on ODAT. Thanks for your contributions to this site. A note to K9Lover --you, too, have been an inspiration.

BRUISING!
i drank a lot this summer. how embarrassing it was to always be covered with bruises, just about anywhere any pressure was applied, however light.
have others noticed extra bruising cause of al?

Bruising, oh you bet. I don't know how a lot of them happened so I can't comment on how much pressure was involved, but I have always been an easy bruiser, even before AL.
