            Yup still on board, I find this board very helpful i dunno what I would do without it its been a great help! Wow Day 8 and still gettting the sweats the shakes have somewhat subsidied. Just have to bear with it. If I can make it through the holidays, Thats another thing. The lonliness is whats gets to me. Stay strong everyone and if I can do it anyone can. I was the one that was up to a gallon of day of rum. yuck.

                    to all remember I was up to a gallon a day hard liquor rum 40 alc. or whatdver I could get my hands on... I was going through a divorce that set this all off.....
