hello army peeps. back to work for me and had a busy but enjoyable morning. (never thought id say that)
it seems ive missed some doggy excitement.
anyone got spare time on their hands (i use all mine for sleeping). it would be great to have an army summary at start of the day to see what ive missed ... theres so many posts to catch up on. yeah ok i know.... ill just have to dream on about that one.

I've only got one choccy bic to go and a chocolate covered Brazil and then it's no more chocolate for moi :upset:

Already using sweeteners instead of sugar for a whole 4 days.

I must have lost al least an ounce.

Been a good girl today and taken all my supps etc...getting back into a routine, kids are still off till Next Monday so everything begins in Ernest then....

Coming up for 8 months off the fags and feel great......

I am forever grateful that booze and smokes no longer have a place in my life and I can honestly say that I don't miss either one at all, not even a little bit. Thank the Lord for gratitude mode..

Now if I could only stay away from Facebook...
