    Remember all the ladies of MWO are either 29 or younger.




    I've just caved and asked Mr JC to bring some chocolate in, using much the same voice that I used to wheedle a bottle of wine.

                          Evening all,

                          First day back at work and it wasn't that bad! Annoyed when my boss asked me why I had come all the way thru from the west cuz he didn't expect to see me until Monday! Grrr...that extra hour in bed could have helped seeing as I only got four hours sleep. Anyway, onwards and upwards.

                          Not too stressed out today...trying to manage everyones expectations better to help me deal with stress! got a free subway ride today which was awesome. Only thing that I didn't do on my list was get to the gym...well I did actually get there and realised I didnt have my sneakers.

                          So day 14 is nearly done. Big test will be Friday night after work. I have tried to combat this by working in a different office to my normal one. Roll on day 15.

                          How has everyone's Wednesday been so far? Did you face any challenges and if so how did you overcome them?

                            Yep for me its been great,havent got one craving since i upped my intake.
