    Nobody up and about yet? Well, it is early-just turned 7 am in Kermitland so most of yis are still at 6. I have classes this morning but I finish at 3 so not too bad. AND it's FRIDAY.Off for second cup of coffee and to wake the snails -I mean the kids.

              Hi Mario,Expat, and Stirly. Freezing cold here I reckon Mario etc. have sent their cold over the Irish Sea to Liverpool.

              Lovely no hangover day after my birthday! I love it.

              Off to Pilates and a nice gentle run after.

                  Freezing this morning but I have been at the trainer and had a good workout. Just need a coffee and some food now and will be right as rain.

                          Morning All!
                          Freezing here too. I just got back from the dentist and the roads are lethal. Looking forward to the drive up to Inverness. Should be an experience. I'm taking plenty of food and blankets and a shovel...just in case.

                            I used to love my gym and swim till my membership ran out. May check out a few places down here to keep me distracted of a midweek night. Think I will wait a week or so till they quiet down again with the new year resolution crowd :-)
