      My SIL was at Uni there and my daughter wanted to Medicine there but just slightly missed out because of her results.

      Oh a braggity brag moment coming...........she got a degree in Biological and Medicinal Chemistry and now she's working as a bar manager. Not a lot of jobs in the Medicinal Chemistry area in fact not a lot of jobs full stop.

        Oh, that's such a shame that she can't find work in her field? Has she thought about going abroad?

        Yeah, the job market is awful just now. I just found out that my company has a recruitment freeze on even though it is hoping to expand significantly this year. It's very tough out there!

            She's got a few ideas about whether to go into hotel management or do a teaching degree.

            I don't know whether she'd ever move abroad. I'll have to ask her.

                well bugger me.i been trying to get here for ages and me computer has been misbehaving so ill just say hello and goodnight cos yer all in bed. me.. well am looking after mr fluspud,( only so ill get the same treatment when i get it), ill just throw the computer out the window and ask for better behaviour from it tomorrow
                Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

                  Hello and nighty night to all my friends in the other time zone! I sit here freezing my damn tookus off - heater broke again. Broke a few nights ago, it worked after resetting twice. I told husband man to call the guy (we have paid for a maintenance contract $400!!!!) but he said "Nah, it's working now." WELL NOT ANY MORE BRAINIAC. And now it won't reset. The guy is coming tomorrow afternoon between 4-5. Gee, good thing it's not freaking snowy and freezing or anything! Sorry to vent. Better here than smacking him upside the head (theoretically speaking of course). Good thing I am not drinking, I would have read him the riot act. Instead I made him get his own dinner. I never said I can't be passive-agressive...lol

                  Hope everyone is well. Going to go and sit by the space heater and thaw my ass.

                      shhhhh jc. im still up. my sleep marathon yesterday is keeping me awake tonight. maybe i dont need as much sleep as i think i do.... yawn.. nope its not happening yet
