    BIG REVEAL COMING? YES! As many of you single cell organisms know I've been away over the holidays. Was I relaxing and overeating like a gat damn Hyena in the Costco food section? NO. I was studying and researching for you.

    Topics for 2011:
    Zumba
    Paleo
    Digestive processes of New York     Sewer Rat.

    I am also guest appearing on the new reality show "Dancing With The Drunks!"

    The new program starts Monday at 0600 hours EST! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!

            Sarge,I admire the time and effort that you put into this thread- research does burn calories, too!
            Anyhow- I was looking into joining this gym nearby that offers Zumba classes- so, to get in shape for Spring Break- I will keep you abreast of how that goes...wrong choice of words- I will keep you informed, is probably better...

              Private Mish can't express enough joy that Sarge is back and training and manoeuvres begin again for a new year. Also find it hard to find words to express my appreciation for Boot Camp and the effort put into research on our sorry behalves.
