        Yoooooooooooo hoooooooooooooo Stirls, GG

I've got this roasting bag thingy that Zens sent me. So you stick the joint in with a heap of veg and leave it for an hour and a half.

If we use paper plates we'll have no dishes at all tonight
It could be worse, I could be filing.

:hallo:Just a quick drop in to say I'm alive and reading "quit smoking" sites. Also just re-read a few pages of Oney's "no more butts" thread. Good stuff there! Going to bed early tonight-very tired for some reason. Stress:H? I'll try a nice hot bubble bath and some meditation before sleep to relax and give myself positive thoughts. See you in the morning

Feeling a bit lethargic today - coffee is on the go though so hopefully that'll perk me up a bit.

Went out to a friend of a friend's birthday party last night - they had karaoke. Now I wouldn't do karaoke when drunk, so I certainly didn't do it sober. Made for a very dull evening, but alas I didn't break my run. 30+ days now..woohoo!
EWCongratulations on 30 days AF. :goodjob:
The one and only time I have done karaoke was 15 years ago this past summer. I thought it was hysterical. Now that I think about it, there were several large glasses of white wine involved. I do remember that we laughed a lot. And then a lot more. I guess you have to be in the mood.

A big wasp just flew past me, whats going on loike?

What a chilled out sunday, nothing to do and all day to do it, thanks onebun for reminding me to check in once in a while, but my question to you is what was dawn doing in your gaff this morning???Wanna - good to see you. How can you possibly drink 6 cappuccinos without eating something? Your stomach lining will be eaten away. No need for the wasp to bite you. Just saying. BTW, a wasp in January. In the freezing cold? Must have been hiding somewhere in your house since the fall.

Official results and times published on Monday.
They just were shocked that I came in 1st after falling. NO BROKEN BONES!!!
Anon, you rock. I can't imagine 1. running that far. 2. in the cold and ice 3. getting up after falling and finishing the race. YOU ROCK!!

Wanna, don't think I'm crazy, but I actually miss driving in the snow and ice. It was such a challenge. I actually learned to drive on snowy roads. Back home in Canada. Winters can be be very cruel but the sound of tires crunching on the snow is something I miss.

Well I for one will not be joining you. I will stick to cooking as healthy as I do and walking the mutt about 4 kilometres a day. That and housework are enough for me.

Now that it's taken me this long to go back over the posts and post myself, surely I've missed something. Anyway, hitting the submit button NOW..

If I jump in with both feet I'll just get fed up and give up. I've had a week of using sweeteners this week so I'll carry on with that + some low fat meals.
