Thanks Oney! --for bumping the post. Maybe some others will join in with me. My son woke me by jumping on the bed and chanting some song in French that is annoying even on a good day, haha!

Starts-the gum, patches, water bottles, and Berocca tablets (those orange magnesium tablets) are all lined up on the kitchen table. I just need to do it. I looked at them this morning and then just cracked and went to get the cigs instead. I think I need to go at this ODAT just as I did with drinking because the idea of never smoking again is actually REALLY depressing me. I LOVE SMOKING. But it is going to destroy my health and is already destroying my bank account. I am going to try some positive thinking because today I'm just in a pissy mood.
