Hi Sarge-I was encouraged by Chill to join this thread-as I was looking a little "fluffier"- so I will jump in here as well. Ate too much yesterday and Sunday- so feeling a bit bloated- too much Chinese take-out on Sunday- and residuals yesterday. Switched from coffee to green tea and doing a psuedo -Atkins- basically low carb diet. NO SUGAR or white bread. Doing the dreadmill for 45 min's everday...Am looking into joing a Zumba class, as well.

Boot Camp Reopened Week 1
Reporting for today....
Miss Behaving - I signed up for the Half Ironman July 3rd. So I better get to spin class in this Canadian winter. I have one half marathon and one Olympic Distance Triathlon before the BIG RACE. I think it's helping when I want to drink I really can't because there's way too much training to be done un-hung.
Got up for 6am yoga class. Then did 90 minutes of snowshoeing in the bush. Feeling like taking a big nap now that I'm in from the cold. Except there's WAY TOO much laundry on my bed to fold so I can't nap there. Argggghhhhh.
Still craving the french fries....so I made pan fries (still fried but with a lot less oil and my own potatoes - no additives) and threw them into a gigantic salad with lots of veggies.
Yummy and FFcraving gone.

Boot Camp Reopened Week 1
Note: On my commute home so have to keep this short. We got alot of funky weather going around the dang globe. Let's keep our friends in Australia in our thoughts & prayers. Also PLEASE pray for the Arizona shooting victims and their families. A senseless tragedy.
Welcome Fluff. I'm so sorry Chill said your thigh looked like a holiday ham. Great you two can still be friends. GREAT progress everyone. Sarge has some work to do this evening due to the weather in the northeast, but will post later tonight. NOW MOVE YOUR BUTTS OUT!!! I am very impressed Meech!!! I turn 50 in 2012 and have been half contemplating whether to set myself a half-ironman challenge for the end of that year. I can already do the swim, could do the bike without too much extra training, but the running defeats me. It would require a lot of work for me to build up to 1/2 marathon distance again, but there is a bit of me that would quite like to try
