Glad I don't go to your gym Pte Web. Though I would be assured of a good workout, I would be pushed to my limits, get resentful and pissed off at the trainer and probably never go back.

In all my adult life I was never a size 10.

But I'm working my way to size 14.

I don't mind it too much, Rags. And I feel great afterwards, it really does lift my day.

Although I tried to get fit last year, my heart wasn't really in it. Now I'm in a really good frame of mind which makes things more bearable.

Alright you pond scum you're stuck with me. Old Sarge is out having a procedure. That's military speak for getting his swinging richard caught in a zipper. NO YOU BOLLWEEVILS, IT WAS NOT HIS ZIPPER! She had to be medavaced with him. They had a hell of a time getting Sarge into the chopper. He kept calling for his swiss army knife. Now, he told me to make sure y'all are takin care of business. Sarge expects everyone in formation tomorrow at 0600 hours. Barring a completed reattachment of aforementioned appendage normal activities will commence. NOW MOVE YOUR BUTTS OUT AND GET ER DONE!!!

Yep it's attitude and frame of mind that will motivate me. Oh and actually getting out the door and doing it. Which I have been.
