      Can tell you that shares in beer have sadly quadrupled but good news for any of you with shares in it.

                  Thanks stirly, jc and mario for sharing your insight and offering advice. I will keep a close eye on her and see how she goes. I think she just needs some encouragement that there is more to life than drinks. I mean, look at all of us - we are fabulous!!!

                      Fell asleep on sofa, lack of caffeine is making me tired and have a bad headache...other than that, was a very successful day on the health front.

                      Going out in the rain now in a bit for an hours brisk walk....
