          We had loads of tom cats in my old town and they were forever coming in to get squeezed

                Good morning Ladies, I kinda just read back...and saw stuff about scabs and ...EWWWW!:H Nice to see a peppy group this morning! I'm off to clean up and get ready for work. It's strange but..coming on here and reading -and posting-is helping me with my cravings but if I stay on TOO long-I START craving a fag. It's the association thing. I think Spuds mentioned it was a problem for her too. Hope you all have a GREAT day! Going to get busy-but I'll be back later. expat xxx

                                Good for you. As I said yesterday, they say it's the most important meal of the day. And a cup of regular coffee, not decaf to start your day can't hurt. It's the other 3 or so cups later on that do the damage. They also say you're not supposed to drink orange juice on an empty stomach. The acid in it, I think causes the problem. Better after you've had some toast or something. As long as the toast doesn't have a sore leg...:H How are your sweet children doing. Post a couple of pics will you. Love them to pieces....:h
