            I was back at yoga last night. It's great. I always come back with what little stresses I have all ironed out.
            Lanzarote's one of my favourite places Mario. Puerto del Carmen in particular. I had a BBQ that was cooked on a volcano once at Timanfya. There's a bus route up the side of the volcano that has scorch marks on the road where buses catch fire.
            I'm back into my routine again, which is good. The bosses at work are trying desperately to get everyone to have work as there number one priority in life, wanting us to go that extra mile (for no extra pay mind you, just a pat on the head from our grateful leader) with veiled threats about not joining in at being 200% committed to the glorious effort. I stopped all that nonsense a long time ago. I work solely to make the times I'm not working more fun and I don't mind letting them know. I do a good job, and if that's not enough then they can get another monkey to dance for them.
            I'm desperate to get back up the hills but the weathers being awkward. I can't wait for spring. It seems a long way off though.
            Anyway, I hope that everyone has a good and peaceful day.

              Woke up ages ago but it was so cosy in me bed I must have laid there just thinking for nearly an hour. Can I call that meditation and not just being a lazy fecker.

                        Morning JC, Oney, Pops - I know exactly what you mean bout the work thing. I'm in the enviable position of having returned to work after 20 yrs rearing kids, at 50 and am quite comfortable with telling them all to stick their 'courses' and 'motivation' sessions up their arses. I don't want promotion or 'getting up the ladder' - think it perplexes them a bit! Love my job, but that's it - my job, not my life!

                                Aww Stirls,

                                Well, it's the Australia situation that kind of put a damper on my picture mood.
                                I completely understand. I've got some distant relatives in Townsville and Cairns down there and just waiting for an update from me Aunt about them.
