            Oners- congratulations...that is a fantastic achievement.

              Oney, I was actually better looking and in better shape at 40 than I was at 20. In my prime, as they say. Embrace each age - it's only a number. It really is true that you are only as old as you feel. My Mom turned 80 last summer and you'd never know it to look at her. She still feels and acts like a girl. It's a blessing to grow older happily and gracefully. And anyway, I've seen pics of you and I'll bet that 10 and 20 years down the road, you'll not look much different than you do now and that someday you'll be having "disco days" with your grandkids... Music blasting and you dancing around like the same happy bint you are today...
