Every road mark is great, but 6 months means a real dedication to this journey, and a great milepost. I know you won't get fixated on the numbers, because they can trip you up, but I'm SO proud of your accomplishments. Take some pride and joy in the 'new you' who has come through the fire. I'd love to hear how your family and friends have noticed the changes in you. They were a miracle for me.sigpic

Thanks so, so much all of you, and everyone who was there for me from the very beginning. I find that I'm forgetting about AL a bit more as the weeks pass. I was in the pub with 2 friends this evening and I had a cranberry juice and didn't even think about wishing I could have a drink. I love this
I'll always guard against complacency, and even if I'm not on the site, I'll be thinking of you all :l:l
