Most of my posts lately have been pretty downbeat-- I'm dealing with a lot, trying to get treatment for my depression, uncertainly about my relationship with my boyfriend, trying to lose weight without falling into disordered eating-- however despite all this I've managed to get to AF day 45 and I'm proud of that. Hard as it might be I'm living my life instead of retreating into an alcoholic haze.
