nope Spuds fraid not, but I do listen to audio books to put me to sleep - and jesus do they work!! They are so boooooorrrring!! Let us know about the hypno ones yeah?

I have listened to the CD's and really like the Clearing one. Not sure if I'm actually hypnotized but I will say it totally relaxes me and puts me to sleep. I look forward to putting it on at the end of the day. I don't know if I can completely attribute the change in attitude I've had about alcohol to the CD's but I definately think it's played a part.
