Ah sure order is all well and good but you have your eye on the most important thing, keeping your sobriety and thats brilliant. For without it chaos reigns supreme for us lot, well it does (past tense, did) for me.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

It's great to see the thread so active! Busy day for me, going to be on both coasts. There is lots of work going on! I am going to gym to the gym tonight and then relax...I will work late tomorrow night if I have to!

A PINT OF FRUIT SMOOTHIE :wow:
Strong black coffee and a multigrain bagel, low fat spread of course no porridge today for a change.
Hi Cassia, I need to get back to the gym and I will.
Guys, I got to thinking this morning how I got to WMO in the first place. I was in a heap and as they say in AA, my life had become unmanageable. I recognised if the drinking didnt stop nothing would improve, quite the opposite in fact. OK I am not totally AF all the time but life is so much better now. Does no harm to take a step back every now and then and take assessment.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

Morning Brats.
I discovered a word game on FB last night at 12.30 am and stayed up late. I personally blame JC.
