Thanks Starty, I think your are 100% right but 'inspirational', I think not. Half the time I think I shouldnt still be here, my lack of total commitment is a stumbling block, or maybe thats just the nature of the beast. Hmmm that just abdicates the personal responsibility somewhat I fear.

Not really KTabbers. You have stuck at this, through some rough times. It would be easy to say feck it and remove yourself from an environment that obviously keeps you accountable and therefore helps you. In fact you used to do that for days as I remember. You dont seem to bail out so often any more and I think that is progress and thus inspirational.

Good to hear Mario,

Was tired when i woke up and feeling a little grumpy (had nightmares that brought up stuff, I didn't want to think about and that can really affect my mood)

So I lay there for a min, thought of all the things I am grateful for, decided that today was gonna be a happy day and bounced out of bed....

Before, I would have wallowed and my day would have been miserable...poor me etc etc....

God, it's amazing how some simple thinking can change things!
