          Ahhhh....... I envy you.

          I was just settling into one just after noon when my phone rang... It was only about 45 mins before I had to collect the cubette from school, so I stayed up and ate instead...

          God, I picked up so much weight over the past month...

                  Love it.
                  Actually I've just made a low fat spag bol. We're having whole wheat spaghetti with it.

                  Have a google of Slimming World recipes, they're good.

                  Betty's a consultant for them and Mr JC lost about 5 stone/30 kilos using them.

                        I believe Jackie is having her nana nap at this time. How's the weather there Mrs. A? Have never had parsnip soup. In fact I haven't had parsips for about 30 years, maybe more. They don't have them here.

                          Hi Stirly, Weather is sunny and about 6 degrees just starting to go dark so will put the fire on and make it nice and cosy for my grandchildren.
                          Parsnip soup is lovely! Mussels for dinner later. Carbo loading for long run with the boys tomorrow morning.
