Hi Coco - you look great by the way!

Zen - I suppose the answer is I am and I amn't. It's very new to me and some aspects i am unsure of. However, listening to the stories of others is really helping and Frank, my neighbour, has been just fab in his help. He's given me loads of books to read and stuff. He brought me to the last two meetings but i will venture on my own tonight.

During the week I started the usual thinking, 'I'm not that bad, I'm just being dramatic..' but obviously I was that bad to drag myself in there last Friday. Remembering my last drunk is what is keeping me from drinking

Ahh! Too late :upset: You've all run off just as I got here. I have about 30 minutes before the daughter comes home-AND the computer is all mine-MWAHAAHAA! I should be washing the breakfast dishes-but I know they will wait for me.

Hi Betty! Yes, it's almost the weekend. I'll be able to relax once I get my son home from school safe and sound. And then start cooking-some kind of fattening comfort food. Ok-off to do the washing up from breakfast-since I had to run out the door this morning for an early class! laters

Back from work a while ago and just now checking in to the barracks. Sounds like everyone's happy it's the weekend. Me too...

Sorry about some of you having such cold weather. We had a cloudy and then rainy day but temps were okay.

Betty, I saw your recent post about buying a new home. Congratulations. When do you expect to move? Do you have to sell the house you're living in now before the move? Don't know what the real estate situation is like in the UK right now...
