    Please recommend smoke-quit sites.

    i seem to be replacing my compulsion to drink with a compulsion to smoke. more than ever i'm smoking, yet i was never a heavy smoker even when drinking. argh. i have 22 days af, and 22 days of leaning hard on the cigs. i wanna nip this one in the bud. anybody here had success w a great site's support? much obliged.

      I used QuitNet as well.
      I still go there daily to make my pledge to remain smoke free. Just had my 20 month anni. this week
      AF since 03/26/09
      NF since 05/19/09
      Success comes one day at a time :thumbs:

          I used quitnet as well. Quit Smoking All Together: the Web's Largest Quit Smoking Community.
          I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

          Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

          Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
