Today I am 28 days AF....thanks to all of you. I do not post often, nor do I chat, but I linger around and find much inspiration from all of you. You are all wonderful and amazing people and should be so very proud of yourselves. I love reading the jokes.....my children and dog are quite confused about my funny bone......thinking that I am sad or just plain insane when tears are streaming from my eyes, and I am gasping for breath while laughing uncontrollaby from something funny I have read. I have been taking the supplements, listening to the CD's, but have not used Topa or anything else. I feel so fortunate to have stumbled onto this site. Here's wishing you all a wonderful week, and for those who are newer than I...stick around....this is an amazing place to be to find comfort, healing and support.
