    Hiya tips and stirly,

    I got my three pendant light fittings installed this afternoon so there's actually some light upstairs now and I'm no longer p*ssing in the dark. It's hard enough to hit the target in broad daylight. There - I've gone and lowered the tone of the whole conversation!ops!:

              Having good light in a bathroom at night is defo a necessity. Just make sure you don't forget to lift the lid first...:H:H

              As for lowering the tone - ditto to what Jackie said. Things can get a little wild here sometimes. Wait for that Oney-bint, Zenstyle and Startypants to get going and this place turns into a circus. Then we have Mr. Tips who likes to throw in the odd comment and get things going. A lovely place to hang out it is, here in the barracks...:H:H

                        Well, I was hoping that I wouldn't have to share this little bit of information but here goes. When you flush the toilet, tiny little droplets of water, kinda like spray, can reach a distance of 2 metres from the toilet bowl. So that means if yer standing in front of said bowl, you get covered with them without even knowing it. They can also land on towels and (yuck and double-yuck) toothbrushes that might be in a holder on the sink or on a shelf close by. And we're not talking about only #1 here, but minuscule particles of #2 as well. Sorry to be so graphic but you did ask. It's a matter of brushing yer teeth with a clean toothbrush and drying your face with a clean towel. I'm just a fecking fountain of information aren't I?
