It looks like I'm going to survive my first full week back at work!

Our heatwave conditions are set to continue. We're expecting Stellenbosch to hit 36C today, with the possibility of 40+ for the weekend. We don't have anything specific planned, so it should be nice and relaxing.

Yes thank dog its Friday....

Here it is absofeckinlutely freezing and the boiler is playing up Apparently its the electronic circuit board and as a bonus, we have mice living in there....

I have a busy weekend. Going out tonight with some people from the addiction agency where I used to volunteer, getting my hair done tomorrow and lunch at my brothers on Sunday. I am pretty knackered after all the shenanigans this week to be honest and could really do with just curling up under the duvet. Still it will do me good to get out.

Morning Tips and Starty and all to come.
My daughter gets married today so I'm a little busy.
I've still a bit of running around to do; getting the buttonholes and such, but I'm looking forward to it.
We've got two grandchildren to get ready as well, and one of them's not too well. Xander's got a temperature and is a bit down in the dumps, but hopefully he'll have a good day too.
That's them up as I speak.
See you all tomorrow with some nice photos .....hopefully.

Is it stressful seeing your daughter getting married?

My 3 daughters are not married but living with their partners in very long term relationships and as I do not know how to address the lads I cannot call them Son in Law so I call them my Sin in Laws.

Popeye I have booked our train tickets to Fort William on the 8th April so any good walks around there? NOT Ben Nevis as I have a marathon to run on the Sunday.

Morning Army, Quite glad it's Friday myself! My daughter is back at school today and my son and I are not showing any symptoms of the bug yet (sign of the cross, touch wood, fingers crossed and anything else that might work:H) Popeye-hope you have a wonderful day at the wedding! And KTAB-enjoy your romantic weekend. Nothing special going on here this weekend. Just going to try and keep warm-it's going to be FREEZING. I'm jealous Tips. I'd take a heat wave over this grey cold any day!
