        Have a good birthday Sunshine. This lousy weather is throwing a wet rag on everything - sorry it's interfered with spending your birthday with people you care about. Hopefully we'll all see the end of this stuff sooner rather than later. Have a great day all.

          Im here too sweet Sunshine!! Just a quick pop in before locking up for the day.
          Dad is driving to Emory in Atlanta on friday to meet with his surgeon and he has been told to prepare to stay as they may do surgery immediately. I hope they do. His spirits are fine. I call every day and make him laugh.
          Gott run...welcome to our new visitors!!

              Thank you Nora, Swannie, Allswell and jan - you have me in tears - this SO NOT ME !!!! Maybe this is what getting old is about - I will have to ask Ruby. LOL (good job she isn't here). Seriously, this really isn't me at all. I want the real me back. Swannie - you need to be in bed. It is late!! Are you feeling any better? I do hope so. I worry about you you know? Allswell - nice to see you here with us again - this really isn't me having a pity party - AT ALL!! Nora - thank you. Yours was the first reply I saw and was what reduced me to tears, followed by dear Swannie. Jan - I am so pleased that you are making your dad laugh - best medicine for him.                 LOL Swannie - I didn't make cake - I made chocolate chip oatmeal cookies - my daughter made a cake but couldn't bring it 'cos of the weather.
