Hahah I don't really have any friends either. Not in this town anyway but a couple out of state. There are people I talk to a bit, other parents who come over here to drop their kids off or my musician friends but as far as going to someones house or them coming here just to chat is rare and well it seems that would bother me but I am busy and like things the way they are, too much socializing is a huge trigger for me so.....HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWAN. LOL Ruby - I knew where my teeth were - I keep them in the glass by the bed!!! thank you everyone for your birthday wishes!! Swannie - hang in there - it will pass. Jolie welcome to here - it is a great place to be - the OLDEST one of us won't be around as much as usual as she is going on a little trip to help one of her daughters but will be popping in. Grateful - great to see you here so much today!! Swannie - you are such a dear - you can get through this - if you quit AL, you know you can do this!! Good morning Rog and Bird too. Panno - so nice to have you back again as well.

Well, I am off today - probably not going anywhere as the ice gets thicker on the car and the snow is due to start later - hate that ice! I have just started my car to try to clear it of this layer! Had to carry Maggie over to the grass this morning as the ice scares her silly too.

No doubt I will be around today - love and hugs to all - oh and Wise Old woman - BE CAREFUL driving - you know how it is for these elderly drivers!!

Jan, how is your Dad's spirit? Did he get moved to the cancer center and how far of a drive is that for you? I've been praying for him and your whole family. Yesterday, my internet was down because of all the rain, so I had to read all your posts on my itty bitty blackberry (know you can relate, Fennel) with my magnifying glass and as I read each posts, I prayed for each one of you and your families. I BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF PRAYER! If you don't, oh, well, God is going to bless you anyway! Wonderful news: there is absolutely nothing wrong with my Moma's heart! She was taking too much medicine and that was why she had gotten so weak! I spent all day again listening to Joyce Meyers yesterday and I feel so much peace and joy! Feeding our Spirit is the best medicine for whatever is going on in your life! If ANYONE wants some more of her cds, please pm me your address. If you feel depressed, alone or whatever you are going through, these will help you. I know we all had a difficult January, but I believe through all our trials and tribulations, we grow into the person God wants us to be and even though it is not fun at the time, God wants us to climb up into his lap, like a child who has been hurt and crawls up into their Daddy's lap for protection, security and love. I'm about to turn off my computer, another day of rain and tornados. To everyone I didn't mention, you are all in my prayers and I love you! Roger, thank you for this thread and our family. Hallo all - I am sitting here having just shoveled three inches of sleet off the back step!! The snow is till to come but at least the freezing rain has stopped - thank goodness for small mercies. Cracking post Vicks - and thanks for the birthday wishes - it seems such a strange birthday with no-one here - I told the girls not to come 'cos of the weather. This is so silly - I never usually feel lonely - EVER - but I feel quite lonely. I can't tell you the last birthday I spent alone. i know a lot of you often do - but when you don't usually, it is odd. I usually enjoy being alone but today it just seems weird. So I came here.
