                  I'm good thanks Mario, went on a little self pity party for a moment....men troubles!! but glad to say I'm over that and mind focused on getting healthy ...besides need to shake the extra pounds off if I'm back on the man hunt :H:H

                        Been to the track feel fit for anything.
