Good Afternoon Folks!
Just a quickie (if you'll pardon the expression)
Well, I'm managing to stay off the ciggies, but it's making me jittery and annoyingly moody and un-cool.
I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday, putting on my jumper, believe it or not, and while it's not debilitating, it's bloody sore.
I'm off for a sleep now.
I'll catch up when I get back from work; when this thread has usually went to bed for the night

Hey Pops well done staying off the smokes, it will be the best thing you ever did next to quitting the booze. A dear friend of mine had a mild heart attack the other week and the Drs reckon its was soley down to his smoking.... Re the spinach, I love spinach but I havent yet found it gets me out of trouble

Yes ribs really painful. Cannot go to hospital as I am having enough trouble getting insurance for my rafting trip in the Grand Canyon.

Still I have broken my ribs 3 times before so I am an expert on the treatment.

Mr A reckons I should give up running.
