    Army Thread Monday 7th February

    Good morning everyone Saw teh first bit of sun yesterday and it was bliss. Got up to 50 to melt all that nasty leftover snow. I opened the windows to let some fresh air in and lift my spirits. Been in a but of a funk for some reason, but am feeling better. Watched the Superbowl last night all teh way through - first time completely sober in I don't know how long (aside from when I was preggos). Great game but really didn't care who one - only wanted to win some money in the football pool I was in. Didn't happen - have to find another way to scrape together the money for the downpayment on my eldest's braces...lol. Hope everyone has a great day!

                        The days I used to lie in bed on a Monday practising me scratchy woe is me voice to ring the boss are long gone, thank Dawg. I always took a Tuesday off as well to make it more authentic.

                              Looks like you know all the tricks JC.

                              EW - hope you manage to get yourself in a better mood. I find putting on my favourite music - dance type, rock, whatever - always gives me a quick pick-up. And eating something special that I normally wouldn't - kind of a taste treat - helps too. Or going for a walk if the weather permits, and take your dogger along for company.

                              I'm outta here. Have to go get something ready for lunch. Laterz...
