    Anon you in Dublin tomorrow ? I am in longford at the moment,pity i didn't know before.it would be lovely to meet you.Re l got any health shops have them but as ktab says they are aimed at bodybuilding and they dont seem to know about the benefits it does for us re cravings.

                  That is the plan and I really want to but I honestly cant say for 100% yet, lots of stuff going on right now good and bad.

                      I wish to inform the above lady that since talking to my good friends here and up taking my l-glut to at least 5000mg a day i seem to have my sweet cravings under control and actually did a 30 day abstinence of all sugary thingies in jan.
