Oney - I second expat's earlier comment - thought you were brilliant last night. I'd say you should take up counselling professionally except you were so good I think you must already be a counsellor.

Yes, Starty. Not because of AL, though - I reckon I'm over that (at the risk of sounding complacent / arrogant, which is not how it's meant). It's mainly for anxiety and at a low dose.

The son and heir came has come home for a few days but other than that a very boring day.
