Hence I have everything ready and am staying here as I am a teeny bit tempted.

Once they have arrived I will be fine.
So many triggers but so many strategies and Baclofen helps but I still need the tool box.
Excellent idea staying here .............. :l:h:l

          Just a quick fly bye.
Popping out to see me Ma in law,. T'was her birthday yesterday. Taking a wee chocolate cake up for her and Pa in law

Absolute silence from Mr JC on the Newcastle score, but we're both blooming pleased with the Engerland score.

Right Expat3 Set out for 15 minutes walk for 1 minute at a brisk pace then run for 1 minute SLOW repeat until you have done 15 minutes. Old trainers are fine and a hoody if you must. Do this 3 or 4 times a week and then increase the run bit to 2mins with 1 minute recovery walk. very soon you will be anle to run a mile or 1+km and bobs your uncle.
And All my cravings have left me thanks to you.

Someone please remind me to turn the pasta off in 10 mins. I keep putting things on the cooker and forgetting about them until they've boiled dry...
