    Rightio my lovelies, I'm orff to do something interesting with me spatchcock chickens.........

            I'm out lovingly tending me chickens and I come back and JC is spatchcocking their sisters - emmm, may have to leave this thread too:H. Stirly, I'm a technological genius but.....still can't manage all that photobucketing stuff, so I can't do photos - and they have a mindblowing new house an all they got for christmas!

                            Hey all

                            That's me just back from hot yoga and MAN WAS IT HOT AND HUMID! I have never lost so much water in such a short space of time. But it was awesome. Side effect I didn't expect - headache like a hangover - must be the dehydration. But seriously - recommend it if you want to try something different. Although I wouldn't recommend eating popcorn after But its so good.
