        Do you all know that its valentines day tomorrow and that saint valentine in buried in Dublin, I knew i got it from some were.:-)

            Hey army,

            Just back from a lovely lunch but I am physically exhausted after yoga. You ever get that way that you can't think and talk straight from sheer tiredness. I did not expect this...so going to relax, possible have a nana nap and calmate.

            I had pitta and humous for lunch an it was awesome.

                  We all have different opinions Tips. I don't comment on YOUR politics, because I don't live and vote there. The size of a problem depends exponentially on on how close you are to it. Our geographical profiles are different.

                        How is Ireland doing??

                        Mrs Anon finished 2nd in the category and won a tenner. I looked like shite at the finish holding my ribs and pulling an ugly face. BUT so glad I did it and not sore now.

                                Hey everyone - a little late today! Had to schlep the eldest to the Dr. for a nasty sinus infection. It's always something.

                                Went to the doctor Friday and she prescribes a mild antidepressant for me. We'll see how it goes - she said give it a few weeks. On a scary note, she said she felt something on my thyroid which is not good. 25 years ago I had a large tumor removed from it which had cancer cells, but was encapsulated so I did not need any chemo etc. This time I am a little more scared. Tomorrow I will make an appointment for a scan. Kinda nervous. Boo
