Techie - just saw this. I don't know if this will answer your question but.... I had joined as a member and decided to cancel. I couldn't get anyone to e-mail me so I called the number from the online store. Here are the instructions they gave me.
To cancel your MWO Subscriber account, please do the following:
PAYPAL
If you paid for your subscription using PayPal visit your PayPal account at
https://www.paypal.com/ and do the following.
1) Select the History tab on the top of the page
2) Under "Search" show "Subscriptions"
3) Find MWO Subscriber and select "Details"
4) Scroll to bottom and select "Cancel Subscription" Button
Please note: PayPal allows credit card payments, so you may have made a
credit card payment via PayPal.
CCBILL
If you paid for your subscription using CCBill, please call them toll free
number at 1-888-596-9279 and provide any of the following information:
1) Your subscription number if you've saved it, or:
2) Your credit card number
3) You last name + zip code
4) Your user name
5) Your email address
They'll locate the account and cancel your subscription. You may also
visit CCBill's
website at Online Merchant Services & Credit Card Payment Processing for more information.
