12 Day Detox Cleanse for Meech
Bad news - I drank last night. Had company over and had some beers. We had a delicious supper and a super family day.
Today I will not drink. Hope I can go another two weeks AF. But will focus on ODAT today.
I am disappointed a bit, but not depressed or beating myself up or anything. I have a good day planned with my youngest child and at the end of the day I will rest my sober head on the pillow! Will enjoy many AF drinks this week for sure.
