My advice would be to put down the club and order a huge whack of Indian food (yes, I KNOW you aren't hungry NOW) to take back to your room with you. This avoids the awkwardness of eating alone, the chance of waking peckish during the night with no sustenance, and best of all -- it's on the company."It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"

I'm convinced they are. Wondering why you have no friends or perhaps you've been stood up? Poor pitiful clod. Hiding behind a book only makes it worse. The food becomes tasteless and it is then only a challenge to get more in your mouth than down your front - which causes even more staring. And then the tittering starts.Coco

I have only done it once and I had a magazine and I still felt shite.."It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"
