    sleep,sleep and sleep!

    Hi folks,
    I am always creating problem!
    When I got drunk I sleep a lot may be more than 16 hours. What's behind this?
    Please be frank...I am fat too..is or cause of vitamin?

    2012: Continuous AF for 7 months from May to Oct.

    Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

    2013 : So many ups and down !!

    2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

    Hi Dixon, I am not sure exactly what you are asking. Perhaps you can write your question again, and we can try to answer it for you. If you drink a lot of alcohol, which is a depressant, it eventually effects the part of your brain that controls being awake - and you pass out. The depressing effects of this poison, that is pickling your brain, continue while you are passed out, and this can lead to a long sleep ( as you body slowly metabolises the alcohol in your blood ). Remember though, that it is not restful or regenerative sleep.

      Hi Hills,

      You understood my question that I used to sleep a lot or more than double the normal sleep time.You are really right it is not a restful and regenerative sleep !!
      I makes me more tired and having no will to do anything !
      Depressant and more depressant !
      Its been too difficult to give it up ..
