Evening all.
Oney I thought about that family at 6 I hope you are ok?

Well I decided to try to get my confidence back re running. So I set off at a steady pace and thought I would run until I lost confidence/fell over or got too tired.

I ran 18 miles:H I am a bit tired but HAPPY.

So I reckon I will be able to do that Marathon in April.

Evening all! Got the most awesome victory today at work! Feeling elated although have to admit that my first thought was for a glass of celebratory wine! I wonder if that will even stop? Don't worry...I went to the gym instead and burned 550 calories

Zen - I dd a kettle bells class yesterday and it was great! Really felt it in my shoulders and upper back which is my weakest area! Highly recommend it!
